1. Tear down the back housing

Take down the motherboard carefully from the middle frame. Loosen and take off the eight screws for fixing the speaker, take off the small metal shield for fixing the mainboard. Disconnect the mainboard and the signal wire port from the mainboard so that we can entirely take the main board off. Take off the speaker on the bottom and the Huawei Nova 3 charging port PCB board. Take off the vibration motor and the battery from the middle frame at last.

3. Separate the screen and the middle frame

The Huawei Nova 3 Screen is fragile, we need to be careful with it. Hot air gun blows on it and Slice around the screen with ultra-thin steel sheet to separate it slowly. Pry and flip over the screen apart from the middle frame carefully to separate it. Now the whole Huawei Nova 3 teardown process is completed.
